It is intended as a straightforward summary of what we are doing in practice. If you have a specific question, email gday@offgriddigital.co.

What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us when you contact us, enquire about services, start onboarding, or pay an invoice. That can include your name, email address, business name, project details, and any other information you include in messages or forms.
We also collect limited technical and usage information when you use the site so we can understand what is working and improve the experience over time.
- Contact and enquiry details you submit through forms or email.
- Project, onboarding, and client information you provide while we scope or deliver work.
- Basic analytics and device data such as pages viewed, referral source, browser type, and interaction events.
- Payment-related information needed to process invoices, although full card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by us.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services, manage projects, issue invoices, process onboarding, and support ongoing client work.
We may also use limited analytics data to understand site performance, improve messaging, and see which pages or forms are actually useful.
- Replying to messages and assessing whether we are a good fit.
- Setting up and delivering websites, content systems, AI workflows, and related support.
- Managing client accounts, onboarding steps, and project records.
- Sending service, project, payment, or administrative communications.
- Improving site usability, performance, and conversion flow.
Client materials and project data
If you become a client, we may receive access to business information, existing website content, brand assets, documents, datasets, account access, and workflow details that are needed to do the work.
We use that information only for the purpose of scoping, delivering, documenting, supporting, or improving the services we are providing to you. We do not claim ownership over your underlying business information or source materials simply because they are shared with us for a project.
- Website copy, images, logos, and brand assets you provide for a build or refresh.
- Content examples, templates, and workflow information used to set up a content system.
- Operational context, prompts, datasets, or account access needed to configure AI or automation workflows.
- Project records, decisions, revisions, and handoff documentation generated during the engagement.
Tools and third parties
We use third-party services to run parts of the site and business operations. Depending on the interaction, these may include hosting and database providers, analytics tools, email tools, and payment processors.
For example, site forms and onboarding data may be stored in our backend systems, analytics events may be processed through PostHog, and invoice payments may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
AI and automation workflows
Some services involve configuring AI tools, prompts, automations, or local-capable systems for your workflow. In those cases, information you choose to include in prompts, source documents, or connected tools may be processed by the selected model provider, automation platform, or infrastructure provider.
Where a privacy-focused or local setup is part of the project, we aim to minimise unnecessary data sharing and keep processing within the agreed environment. Even so, the exact privacy profile depends on the tools and hosting choices used for that project.
How we store and protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration. That said, no internet-based system is completely risk free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for enquiries, client work, record-keeping, legal obligations, and internal administration. When it is no longer needed, we aim to delete or de-identify it where practical.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or to request a correction if something is inaccurate.
If you no longer want us to use your information for an active enquiry or project, let us know and we will do what we reasonably can, subject to any legal, accounting, or operational obligations we still have.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. These help us understand traffic patterns, measure form and page performance, and maintain a working session where needed.
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Spam and bot protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact form from automated abuse. It runs invisibly, so there is no puzzle to solve and nothing appears on screen.
To tell people apart from bots, Turnstile collects limited technical information from your browser and device, such as your IP address and basic signals about how the page is being used. Cloudflare processes that information as described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We do not use it to track you across sites, and it is not used for advertising.
Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where reasonably necessary to run the site, deliver services, process payments, communicate with you, meet legal obligations, or protect our rights.
That may include service providers, contractors helping deliver a project, professional advisers, regulators, or a buyer of the business if ownership of the business ever changes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the date on this page.
Questions about these terms or how we handle your information can be sent to gday@offgriddigital.co.
